No class for today !!! ~ yahoooo!!!!

Actually, no class for today because Miss Zu opened a booth for the Language & Culture Carnival. There are 3 main languages association such as Mandarin, Arabic, & English at the carnival.
Like usual Miss Zu gave us a task. She wants us to interview one of the booths opened in that carnival.

My friends and I decided to interview English Language Society(ELS) booth.

The main objective is want to promote fairy tales such as Cinderalla, Snow White and vice versa. Futhermore, they promote that things because they want us learn english from simple things like a children story book.

This booth also have body painting activity for RM 2 each paint.

127 Hours

  On Tuesday, in BEL 260 class we all have given permission to watch a movie. The movie title is 127 Hours. It came out in cinemas on 5 November, 2010. 127 Hours, 'A Triumphant True Story', directed by Danny Boyle and written by Danny Boyle, Simon Beaufoy. The movie took for 1 hour 33 minutes to finish its dramatic actions.

  

   Presenting by James Franco as Aron Realston with a terrific performance. He stars in director Danny Boyle's inspiring survival movie based on the incredible true story of Aron Realston, who became trapped alone in a Utah Canyon for 5 days after slipping on a loose rock, and resorted to many extraordinary ways in order to make it out of his bad predicamet alive. As an experienced hiker and climber, Ralston is very much expert, hops on his bike, and peddles to the middle of canyon.

     The survival movie suitables for 18 and above audiences. It is an excellent movie. Fantastic rithm and soundtrack. Great moral values from this movie. So, I give 4 stars out of 5. THUMBS UP !!!

About my BEL 260 lecturer

I want to introduce my lecturer to you all. Her name is Miss Zuraidah Binti Sumery, she's from Kampong Parit Bugis, Batu Pahat, Johor. She is very energetic lecturer, she likes to move in a class...haha, it sounds funny, am I right? Hehe. It makes me attracted to learn with her.
